1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the online store Amber999 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).

1.2. By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is recommended to review them before placing an order.


2. Orders and Payments

All orders placed on our website are considered offers to purchase goods under these terms.

By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit cards, Apple Pay, Stripe, and electronic banking systems (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas). Payments are accepted in euros (EUR) only.

Payments are securely processed through the MakeCommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, Reg. No. 12268475). Your personal data necessary for payment processing is transmitted to Maksekeskus AS.

An order is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received.


3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. We ship to European countries, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

3.2. Shipping methods:

  • DPD parcel terminals

  • DPD courier delivery

  • FedEx courier delivery

3.3. Dispatch time: Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times:

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: 1–4 business days

  • Rest of Europe and UK: 5–8 business days

  • United States, Canada, Japan, China, Taiwan, Turkey: 5–8 business days

3.4. Shipping costs:

  • Free shipping on orders over €100

  • For orders below €100, shipping fees are based on destination and delivery method (as detailed in our Shipping Policy).

3.5. After the order is dispatched, the Buyer will receive a tracking number via email.

3.6. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. In case of parcel damage, the Buyer must immediately notify the courier and inform the Seller at info@amber999.com or call +37068599990.

3.7. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, force majeure).


4. Returns

4.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days, provided that the items:

  • Are unused and undamaged

  • Retain their original appearance

  • Are returned in original packaging with all accessories and labels

4.2. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless the return is due to a defect or Seller’s error.
