How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Contact us at Info@amber999.com to arrange a return.
Is the amber in your jewellery genuine?
Yes — every piece from Amber999 is made from 100% genuine Baltic amber, ethically sourced from the Baltic Sea region. We have worked with trusted suppliers since 1999.
How do I care for my amber jewellery?
Keep amber away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then dry thoroughly. Store separately to avoid scratching.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
What are the delivery options and costs?
We offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders. Standard and express delivery options are available at checkout. All orders are sent in our signature Amber999 packaging.

Yes — we ship worldwide from Klaipėda, Lithuania. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Are the metal settings genuine silver?
Yes. All metal settings use 925 sterling silver or sterling silver plated with 14-karat gold. We never use base metals in our pieces.
